Ruby Bingo changes signup bonus

There is a new signup bonus at Ruby Bingo which now gives new players a free gift of £16 before they even make a first deposit at this UK bingo site. After the new players register successfully they will receive their welcome email with the option to click on the £16 New Player Bonus button.

However, this free gift is subject to wagering requirements of minimum ten times and a minimum deposit of £5 before any winnings can be withdrawn. Another stipulation is that the new player bonus amount can only be used for purchase of bingo tickets. Players get the option of not accepting this bonus if they would prefer to avoid the wagering requirement.

From Tuesday 2nd November Ruby Bingo has also introduced a new ongoing weekly 10% bonus back of up to £50. This bonus comes on the total losses on the bingo tickets purchased by players during the week from their cash deposits. Based on the previous week’s play the weekly bonus gets credited into the bingo bonus account on every Friday and players get to use it up within a week, after which it gets withdrawn.

In the past, this bingo site gave new players a first deposit of 300% bonus with no upper limit besides the £16 New Player Bonus. The ongoing deposit bonus was also up to 50% worth £5 to £50 on subsequent deposits.

In the new bingo bonus structure for new players, the deposit bonuses have been completely scrapped and the new ongoing weekly bonus now gives back 10% on total losses from cash purchases only. Even this bonus gets reverted after a week if it lies unused in the player’s account.

In effect the UK bingo players will now get their free £16 New Player Bonus, which was already being offered. With the new signup bonus structure Ruby Bingo offers new players much less than it previously did in the older signup bingo bonus, which was far more generous. This would also mean that the existing players now lose out on the 50% redeposit bonus which they have been enjoying.
