UK Bingo Group Sale Imminent - Online Bingo News

The ongoing and well-publicized sale of the UK Bingo group Cashcade seems to be about to come to an end. The owners of the software that powers the Cashcade Bingo rooms have recently stated that they are not in the race to buy the Bingo rooms. The Cashcade group consists of some of the pre-eminent UK Bingo brands such as Foxy Bingo and Cheeky Bingo.
According to recent reports it seems that Party Gaming are the front runners in the race to buy these UK Bingo rooms with a purported price of £100 Million being bandied about. These sort of deals are always structured according to performance so it would be a surprise of the deal was a straight payment.
If Party Bingo did win the race to buy Cashcade would it keep the players on the globalcom network or would it try to migrate players to its own Party Bingo platform. The UK bingo rooms that make up the Cashcade room provide a lot of liquidity to the globalcom platform so this could be of concern to Bridgend the owner of the network.
From a bingo players point of view it would be interesting to see if Party Bingo would implement their Inactive Fee term and condition that we have highlighted in other bingo news articles. Essentially if you as a bingo player do not play at Party Bingo for a certain amount of time they have put in a term and condition that allows them to charge your account a certain amount of money. They are effectively penalizing you for not playing at their products. This should be of major concern to bingo players on the UK bingo rooms that Cashcade currently run.
According to reports it seems that the announcement is due imminently and we look forward to finding out who has won this race. There might be a 1tg but there could still be a twist in this UK Bingo tale.
