Bwin joins with Betbull to target Spanish gambling market - Online Bingo News

Following the liberalization of the Spanish gambling market, Austrian online betting giant Bwin have joined with Betbull in a joint venture agreement aimed at taking advantage of the new market opportunities in Spain.

The joint venture is significant for Bwin as it marks the company’s  first foray into land-based bookmaking.  Currently, Bwin enjoys high exposure to the Spanish market through its shirt sponsorship of Spanish football club Real Madrid.

The new partnership with Betbull is expected to launch early next year.

Simon Bold, Betbull’s director commented: “The forthcoming year will see the fruition of many months of planning and fine tuning of our betting products and systems for the Spanish market.”
