Online option helps lift profits VC Gaming - Online Bingo News

A move to online marketing from the more traditional direct mail marketing format has seen German gaming company VC Gaming lift its profits.

Such news will come as no surprise to many online bingo halls and operators of online bingo games which have seen remarkable growth as one of online gambling’s growth niches.

VC Gaming’s profits were lifted by 28% to Euro 8.54 million in the first half of this year.

"The new sports book in Italy has seen a positive start with the group now in a position to deliver continued good cash generation from the core German business and profitable growth from other geographic markets in the fourth quarter and beyond," a statement from the company said.

The growth in the online sector of the gambling industry has seen niche games like online bingo experience excellent growth at a time when traditional land-based bingo has been in decline.
