Bingo party for Gary Barlow - Online Bingo Gossip

Gary Barlow from the 90s boy band Take That may be a global pop star with pots of money in his bank but the Cheshire born singer is still down-to-earth at heart as reported by the Daily Mail.

Barlow has invited 100 of his closest friends to celebrate his 10th wedding anniversary and if you thought it would be a star-studded affair complete with sparkling champagne, you would be right, but there’s more; the Take That front man has invited his pals for a night of dancing, bingo and a meal of fish and chips!

Gary, 38, met his wife, Dawn, 39 when he found fame with Take That; she was a backing dancer to the band. The couple have reputedly one of the strongest marriages in the world of show biz and are throwing a £250,000 party at the posh Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Knightsbridge, London to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary.

The guest list is expected to include Gary’s former bandmates Robbie Williams, Jason Orange, Mark Owen and Howard Donald and have been told that the dress code is ‘glamorous’ which is more than what could be said for the menu catered by Harry Ramsden's, the well known fish and chips chain.

An insider said, "There will be oodles of the finest champagne, of course. And the venue is very swish. But Gary and Dawn are everyday folk at heart. They didn't want daft French scoff.

"Who needs it when you can have fish, chips and a good dollop of mushy peas? Even the invites are typical of them. There's a bottle of champagne with bingo balls bursting out of the top. They might be worth a fortune but they know how to have a good time.”

Who would have thought Gary and Dawn were fans of bingo; makes you wonder if they visit online bingo sites like us normal folks. I expect it would be a lot easier for a celebrity to play online bingo than going to a land based bingo hall.
