Bingostreet Seal of Approval for Online Bingo Room

The decision to start up a BingoStreet seal of Approval was not a decision taken lightly.

There are a number of bingo seals at the present time so we wanted to ensure that this was something that assisted our members and Bingo players in general in recognizing quality online bingo rooms. These would be places that complied with our principles below so that bingo players can play safely in the knowledge that their funds and their identities are secure.

The main criteria that we apply to online bingo rooms wishing to achieve a BingoStreet Seal of approval are the following:

1. Online Bingo Room must be licensed in a recognized jurisdiction.

The above simply means that all of our Bingo Seals will go to recognized operators licensed out of Malta, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Kahnawake. The reason for this is that these jurisdictions ensure that the Bingo room operator complies by a code of conduct. We do not approve seals for Bingo Operations running out of Costa Rica at the time of writing this article.

2. Bingo Room Support must be contactable 24/7 - 365 days a year.

We feel that any Bingo Room needs to maintain quality customer service so that players can either seek assistance or voice their concerns to the Bingo Room and expect to receive an answer within a reasonable time period.. The Online Bingo Room would need to have any two of the following contact methods:

Toll Free Numbers

Only Bingo Rooms that maintain this support are deserving of a BingoStreet Seal of Approval as they would demonstrate commitment to support for Bingo Players.

3. Bingo Operators that Spam and allow Spammers to operate will be named

The bane of the internet is Spam and we take a hard line at this Bingo Portal with Spam and Spammers.

4. Bingo Room Operators need to comply with their Terms and Conditions in Full

The saying goes if you offer it you need to honour it. If a Bingo room decides to offer ludicrous bonuses then they need to honour any winnings if players meet the relevant wagering requirements in the Bingo Room. No Excuses. Only Bingo Rooms meeting these requirements will qualify for the BingoStreet Seal of Approval.
